The International Pastors and Partners’ Conference is an annual event of the Believers’ Loveworld and is tagged IPPC. The IPPC runs for a week every year at the Loveworld Convocation Arena (LCA) in Lagos, Nigeria. IPPC 2017 has been slated for 13th to 19th of November, 2017 and as usual promises to be a special convocation where the financial partners and topmost influencers of the Gospel meet with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome -president and founder of the Believers’ Loveworld. The conference opens with a red carpet / opening ceremony for international and national delegates and each day is spiced with power-packed morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Attendees at the conference receive special exposition of God’s word from Chris Oyakhilome and other pastors of the ministry. Topics on Faith, Giving, Prayer, Spiritual Growth, Power for effective ministry, Healing, Prosperity, Evangelism amongst others are greatly dwelt on. It is also an avenue where individuals and leaders in ministry are recognized, highly celebrated and awarded for great ministerial achievements. They are also prepared with God’s word so as to perform better in the next ministry year.
The week-long conference commences with the International Pastors’ conference for Christ Embassy’s pastors and ministers. It later progresses to the Partners’ conference. One major event of the International Partners’ conference is the Loveworld exhibition. The theme for that of last year was “Connect, Share and Spread” and it took place at the Loveworld exhibition ground. The exhibition is an opportunity for further and farther expansion of the work of the ministry through the various arms and affiliates of the Believers’ Loveworld. The partners are highly appreciated for their unending commitment to the spread of the gospel.
It is important to understand that for proper management and wider reach, the BLW nation is made up of diverse ministry arms. These arms work tirelessly and in unity to achieve a flourishing year. So, at the IPPC, each arm is recognized and rewarded. The Healing School for instance is the healing ministry of Pastor Chris, charged with the divine mandate to take healing to the nations. This arm of ministry organizes various projects and programs to fulfil the mandate of healing and they record lots of testimonies. Being a global ministry, individuals and corporate organizations partner with the Healing School through financial giving to the movement of the gospel of Christ. These acts of love do not go unrewarded at the IPPC.
Another important arm is the Rhapsody of Realities concerned with the publication and distribution of the much valued Christian devotional. The impact of the Rhapsody of Realities on readers worldwide cannot be overemphasized. As a result, measures are taken to encourage both leaders and stakeholders associated with this arm as the year runs to an end at the IPPC.
In addition, musicians of the Believers’ Loveworld worldwide are in full attendance at the conference. They bless the audience with spirit-filled ministrations and are also acknowledged during the Louisville International Music and Arts Award (LIMA) which was first launched last year.
The royal event ends with a special communion service on Sunday which is transmitted live all over the world at designated viewing centres around the world for participants who cannot make it to the prestigious Loveworld Convocation Arena.
In conclusion, the International Pastors and Partners’ conference is an event to look up to as the year runs to an end because it allows for a time of individual reflection on one’s spiritual walk and service God. It is a building block for the Believers’ Loveworld nation.
